1. What do you enjoy most about blogging as an athlete?
The thing that I most enjoy about blogging is that it definitely helps me process my practices as well as my competitions better. It allows for me to express myself better and clarify my thoughts. From a fans prospective, I love that it gives them an opportunity to get to know me a little bit better than for the 13 seconds they see me on the track.

2. Whatʼs the best moment of your sports career?
It’s hard for me to select just one memory as the best moment in my career, but winning the national championship indoors this year would be one for the simple fact that the high hurdles in America is such a strong event and any time you can call yourself the national champion, you have definitely accomplished something. Running 12.95 is right up there with winning the national championship. There have only been 11 other people in the history of the event to run sub 13 seconds and only 8 people have ever run faster than me, that is an accomplishment I am very proud of as well.

3. What are you most looking forward to in Beijing?
What I am most looking forward to in Beijing is the opportunity to represent my country on the biggest stage in track and field. To me there is not another proud moment that you can have as an athlete than to have the letters USA emblazoned across your chest. It gives you a greater meaning when competing, not only for yourself, but for your country.

4. Anything else we need to know about you?
The list of things that you would need to know about me is too long to list, that’s another great advantage of maintaining a blog, anything you need to know or even things you wouldn’t think to ask are on there!
